Job Details
BluePMS Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Technical Support Engineer (0–3 years of experience) to provide technical assistance related to software, hardware, and network issues. The selected candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting problems, supporting users, and ensuring smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to users via phone, email, chat, or remote tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.

Install, configure, and maintain systems, applications, and IT resources.

Identify technical problems and deliver quick and effective solutions.

Maintain proper documentation of issues and solutions in the support management system.

Escalate complex technical problems to senior technical teams when required.

Assist users with system setup, updates, and configuration processes.

Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills
-
Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

Understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.

Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and LAN.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
