About the Opportunity
PSJ Capital, a leading wealth management and stock broking firm and an authorized Motilal Oswal Channel Partner, is hiring Sales Interns.
This is a practical, real-world sales internship where you will:

Promote Free Demat + Trading Accounts

Assist clients with Mutual Fund investments

Support Equity Trading onboarding

Introduce Financial Planning services
The firm is managed by alumni of IIM Lucknow and Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, offering a strong learning environment and mentorship.
This opportunity is ideal for students interested in finance, wealth management, stock markets, and sales.
Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through your college network, friends, juniors, family, and social circles

Help prospects open Motilal Oswal Demat & Trading Accounts (fully online, paperless process – approx. 15 minutes)

Assist clients with KYC verification, document upload, and Aadhaar-based e-sign
-
Follow up with newly onboarded clients to encourage active investments in equities, mutual funds, or related products
-
Conduct informal or virtual sessions on Mutual Funds and basic Financial Planning
-
Educate clients on investment options, risk profiling, and long-term wealth creation
-
Achieve weekly/monthly targets for leads and account openings
-
Track and report leads, progress, and closures using shared tools (Google Sheets/CRM)
Who Should Apply?
-
Current undergraduate or postgraduate students from any stream (Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing preferred)
-
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English required; regional language is a plus)
-
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with outreach (calls, WhatsApp, social media, networking)

Basic interest in stock market, mutual funds, and investments (training will be provided)

Access to smartphone/laptop and internet

No prior experience required

Available to dedicate 15–25 hours per week (flexible around college schedule)
