The Content Reviewer (Rater) is responsible for evaluating different types of digital content such as audio, video, text, and images. The role involves analyzing content and making accurate judgments based on predefined guidelines and task instructions to support the improvement and training of machine learning systems.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate video, audio, image, and text content according to client guidelines.

  • Tag and categorize content accurately based on defined standards.

  • Analyze various content formats and make decisions using the provided options and policies.

  • Participate in calibration sessions with team members, other teams, or clients as instructed by the Command Center or supervisors.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange best practices and improve workflow efficiency.

  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders when required.

  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.

  • Follow Tech Mahindra and client policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.

  • Ensure compliance with all KPI-related responsibilities to maintain business performance.

  • Take scheduled breaks only after approval from the SME, Team Leader, or Manager.

  • Follow instructions provided by the Team Leader, Command Center, or management.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all process-related information and sensitive data.

  • Complete additional ad-hoc tasks when required to enhance client satisfaction or meet KPIs.

  • Identify and suggest improvements that can help optimize the existing workflow.

3. Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken skills in the designated language.

  • Cultural Understanding: Candidate should be a native of the country where the language originates.

  • Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge with a typing speed of 25–30 words per minute.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Analytical Skills: Good logical reasoning and decision-making capabilities.

  • Adaptability: Ability to multitask and work in rotational shifts.

  • Education: Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline.
