BluePMS Software Solutions Pvt Ltd are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance related to software, hardware, and network issues. The selected candidate will help users resolve technical problems, maintain system performance, and ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support through phone, email, chat, or remote support tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.

Identify technical problems and deliver quick and effective solutions.

Maintain proper documentation of issues and solutions in the support system.

Escalate complex technical problems to senior IT teams when necessary.

Assist users with system setup, updates, and configuration.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality technical service.
Required Skills

Basic understanding of Windows or Linux operating systems.

Knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.

Basic networking knowledge such as TCP/IP, DNS, and LAN.

Educational Qualification
Candidates should have a degree in any of the following fields:
