Details of Positions

1. Officer – HR (Grade II)

  • Vacancies: 22

  • Qualification (Mandatory):

    • Graduate with full-time 2-year MBA (HR/IR) / MSW / MA (Social Work with HR/IR)

    • OR PG Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations (2 years) with HR/IR & Labour Laws

    • Minimum First Class (60%) in Post Graduation

  • Desirable: Law degree or professional HR certifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience (preferably in a manufacturing organization)

  • Job Role:

    • HR & IR functions

    • Recruitment, PMS, L&D, welfare & administration

    • Implementation of HR policies

    • Statutory and contract labour compliance


2. Assistant Manager – HR (Grade III)

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience

  • Desirable: HR experience in a manufacturing organization

  • Job Role: Same as above with higher responsibility
