About the Opportunity

PSJ Capital, a leading wealth management and stock broking firm and an authorized Motilal Oswal Channel Partner, is hiring Sales Interns.

This is a practical, real-world sales internship where you will:

  • Promote Free Demat + Trading Accounts

  • Assist clients with Mutual Fund investments

  • Support Equity Trading onboarding

  • Introduce Financial Planning services

The firm is managed by alumni of IIM Lucknow and Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, offering a strong learning environment and mentorship.

This opportunity is ideal for students interested in finance, wealth management, stock markets, and sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through your college network, friends, juniors, family, and social circles

  • Help prospects open Motilal Oswal Demat & Trading Accounts (fully online, paperless process – approx. 15 minutes)

  • Assist clients with KYC verification, document upload, and Aadhaar-based e-sign

  • Follow up with newly onboarded clients to encourage active investments in equities, mutual funds, or related products

  • Conduct informal or virtual sessions on Mutual Funds and basic Financial Planning

  • Educate clients on investment options, risk profiling, and long-term wealth creation

  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets for leads and account openings

  • Track and report leads, progress, and closures using shared tools (Google Sheets/CRM)


Who Should Apply?

  • Current undergraduate or postgraduate students from any stream (Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing preferred)

  • Strong communication skills (Hindi & English required; regional language is a plus)

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with outreach (calls, WhatsApp, social media, networking)

  • Basic interest in stock market, mutual funds, and investments (training will be provided)

  • Access to smartphone/laptop and internet

  • No prior experience required

  • Available to dedicate 15–25 hours per week (flexible around college schedule)
