Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex client and subcontractor agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, change orders, and service-specific schedules

Provide legal support on data privacy and data protection matters, including DPAs, cross-border data transfer mechanisms, and compliance with global regulations such as GDPR and DPDP Act

Structure and negotiate reselling, alliance, and collaboration agreements, ensuring alignment with commercial intent and business models

Support deal structuring by aligning contractual terms with pricing, delivery, operational dependencies, and risk frameworks

Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure consistent contracting positions and flow-down obligations

Advise business stakeholders by recommending solutions that balance commercial flexibility with regulatory compliance

Contribute to the development and improvement of templates, playbooks, and contracting processes to enhance efficiency and consistency
