  • Structure and negotiate reselling, alliance, and collaboration agreements, ensuring alignment with commercial intent and business models

  • Support deal structuring by aligning contractual terms with pricing, delivery, operational dependencies, and risk frameworks

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure consistent contracting positions and flow-down obligations

  • Advise business stakeholders by recommending solutions that balance commercial flexibility with regulatory compliance

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of templates, playbooks, and contracting processes to enhance efficiency and consistency
